Shhh

Shhh — don't tell anybody — I still have weeks to go to finish off this workload, but it's near midnight on a Friday and I can't help myself, I had to sneak away from the drawing board and do a quick post—some more lively, energetic and imaginative stuff from John R. Neill.

John R. Neill — Kabumpo in Oz — 1922

Thanks Thomas. The portrait of Princess Ozma is gorgeous. Good luck with your deadlines.

Nice stuff indeed. Right, you've had your 'fix', now get back to your drawing board. (But haste ye back.)

Do what you need to do, Thom. But if a brief break here helps, who are we to complain?

Particularly glad to see this since Kabumpo is the only Thompson where my copy doesn't have plates. (Other than the ones which never did, of course.)

I'm sending you a copy of my cover, since mine is in somewhat better shape. (I have several which would fit right in with yours, though!)

Could you scan more of the images from Kabumpo in Oz, or scan the whole book and put it on archive.org? Thanks <3
