Thanks, enjoying your "line" postings … the best inkers keep it simple. And the line of beauty, the way the draftsman's hand makes it naturally, even when spotting blacks, sublime.

I feel like an utter hack now. Must work harder!

BTW, another superb "linesman" was Hans Bellmer, in some of his pencil work.

It sure looks like it, doesn't it? But it was originally a full-page illustration from a men's magazine of that time, here reoriented to a print.
